I hereby authorize GRUPO DE ESTRATEGIA EN POLÍTICA Y REGULACIÓN DIGITAL, S.A. DE C.V., to use, free of charge, photographs or video recordings that include my personal image, composed, among other elements, of the physical or physiometric features that characterize me as an individual and that constitute or denote my external expression in campaigns, promotional material, and other supporting material deemed relevant for the dissemination and promotion of the event called “DIGITAL SUMMIT LATAM 2026” by any means, whether printed or electronic, both on digital platforms nationally and abroad, and may therefore reproduce, transmit, retransmit, and publicly display my personal features for this purpose and in accordance with my participation as a guest speaker at the aforementioned event and exclusively for the purposes indicated, including authorization to transcribe and translate my comments as appropriate due to the logistics of the event in question, I hereby give notice of my transfer of rights in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law in Spain, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996.
