Guglielmo Noya joined APWireles, a Radius Global Infrastructure company, in 2021 to lead the company’s expansion across Latin America. He brings more than 30 years of telecom industry and investment banking experience, having held C-level roles within the Telecom Italia Group, including CEO of Entel PCS in Chile and Telecom Personal in Argentina, as well as COO and CFO of TIM Brasil. His background spans general management, M&A, strategic planning, and business development, with a strong focus on emerging markets. At APWireless, he oversees operations in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru’ and Mexico while supporting new market entry across the region. He served as board member of GSMA Latin America and several companies in the ICT industry. Guglielmo holds a BS degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
